E-Mail notification problem.

Please help to fix problem with e-mail notification.
I have Windows7 and use next .DLL
Email notify
(SDMailNotify.dll)
by Stardock
Version 101
Supports DesktopX
Supports ObjectBar
Supported platforms:
Windows 95
Windows 98
Windows ME
Windows NT4
Windows 2000
Windows XP
-----------------
In Account configuration I fixed:
Server: http://yahoo.com
Login: slipukha_kostya@yahoo.com
Password:********
*POP3
Check 2min
------------------
Object.states:
Mause away- text:"mail"
New mail-text:"You have new mail"
No new mail-text:"You have not new mail"
The e-mail notification is not working.
How I can update .DLL for win7?

Might be easier to roll your own-
I believe that there's a document describing how to make a dll somewhere around here.   try to find it

I find the email notification hasn't worked in a good while. That's why it isn't in any of my themes.
