So downloading will not work for me. and i am not sure where to get a 3rdpary program to install the theme for me. I am not able to install it manual. So any help would be super on were to get a 3party program to install it.

There was something about 3rd party program to install a theme for OS when i made account or Manuel installing it i cant Manuel in stall it i am not sure how or were the folders are it was talking about.

You need WindowBlinds to apply those themes. You can get it here. https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ There is a free trial available (time-limited to 30 days) so you try it out.
