Windowblinds Paint bug

After installing windowblinds on my laptop win7 64 all was fine till I rebooted and saw some paint bugs showing up in my Internet explorer windows and noticed my DWM was off, so all visual eye-candy is reverted to standard. 
I had to reboot my pc for a second time for dwm to turn on. Is this a common issue with wb 7.30? has anyone experience issues with wb7.3 turning off dwm in windows?
