Help For Uvah
Community Love is needed

Guys and gals, I have been asked to orchestrate a help for Uvah effort (not by Uvah). I know that this awesome community is ready to help, as was the case with the Wiz in Need thread.
I am willing to be the go between, in an effort to see what Uvah needs and how to get it to him. This isn't about me doing anything great. I did little for the Wiz thing, and I'll be in a similar role here. It's about helping a community member who is down and out.
That said, the link in the OP leads to the original reasons for this effort. I will answer PMs with any info Uvah (Ross) gives me and I have a paypal acct. that can be utilized if needed. I'm sure letters, cards, gifts, funds, whatever can be done is more than he has.
I don't have all the info yet, for reaching Ross. I do have a phone number, and an email address.
I expect to hear from Ross soon with more info.
Anyone wanting to be involved just post here, or PM me or Ross.
I have a barn dance to DJ tonight. I'll check back around 11PM EST. Thanks guys!

I'd bet that whoever posted that has plenty of money. My experience has been that the ones with the most to spare are the least likely to give it away. My grandmother used to say that's why the wealthy have so much; they hang onto it!
And they hate to be asked for any of it....

Guys, I made a bad choice to post here about the PM. I just needed to clarify the motives and scruples behind this thing.
Can we please move past it and continue to send thoughts, prayers, well wishes, and any other help we can to Uvah?

Winter just rolled in. We got snow, we got sleet, we got freezing rain and I .... have toasty toes in shoes that don't leak. God bless you guys.

Saturday was a day for the record books. They're calling it a 'Freak Nor'Easter'. Northern Pa got slammed with a hair over two feet of snow and because the leaves were still on the trees many of them came down. In Pa alone over 1,000 are still without power while here in West Chester we got barely an inch ... boogers. It totally smashed records for this month. NJ, Conn., NY, Maine nearly all of the northeast got it and winter isn't even here yet.
