Upload not working...?

I tried to upload for a couple of hours now, but there seems to be some sort of problem with the uploadpages... Browse-button among others is missing.
So there is no way of browsing for the skin or for the screenshot you want to upload... Will it be fixed soon ?

hi, i need a step by step of how to upload a .dream file.i have tried to upload but as far as i get is the title of the .dream file.please show me in a video or in writing how to upload.

That will happen (the browse button not being there) if you are running IE with addons disabled. You need flash enabled to be able to upload. Just a thought! I just tried it and it is working fine for me!
