Is my graphics card on the way out?

Was wondering if anyone has ever had this kind of problem before. I have a GeForce 4 graphics card that the fan on the card has started making alot of noise. I have taken the card out and blown the dust off the fan but still makes the noise. It works, just very annoying, very loud clicking noise coming from the fan, was wondering if this is a sign the card is on its way out?

No more noise, all better...Ok, now it's to quiet. 
I ended up going with a PNY GeForce FX 5900 SE 128MB AGP Video Card. Thanks for your suggestions, helped point me in a direction.
