Thank you Yrag
I have a question or some
this is what I did before posting my OP
it did work but with side affects
oh and this was while I was controlling a PC with Windows Live Messenger
he (Bro-law) wanted to hide his Storage drive from his kids (you knew that) part.
so I opened his My computer then Right Clicked on D:\ clicked on Properties \ Security
then under Group or user name highlighted Authenticated Users (as for I did not see ShutUp in the list) then clicked
on Edit with Authenticated Users highlighted clicked on Deny on all /Apply /Ok
then at the bottom of the Security clicked on Advanced / Permissions with Authenticated Users highlighted clicked on Change Permissions
with Authenticated Users highlighted clicked on Edit set all to Deny with all the Apply and ok's
it looked good as ShutUp could not open D:\ but when he logged off and went to Horn-Dog and back to WL-Messenger
to give me control. D:\ was also locked out to. so I knew then I needed HELP. but I was able to get Horn-Dog back into D:\ by taking owner ship
of it but now some folders, Pictures, Files have the Pad lock on them and some don't
Question is how do I get rid of the pad lock oh I also did a system restore first but it did not help then did the taking owner ship
here's a picture ok 2

yep you guessed it I named it.. and name his PC Horn-Dog ... cause he can't stay away from the xxx sites

Cool thanks will do cause 2 seconds after click on some I don't remember some..
it would be nice if Windows Live Family Safety had that option to hide the drive if it dose I don't / didn't see it.
that's way he wanted me to hide it in the first place.. at lest it stopped them from downloading a Virus (WLFS)..
will Google Full Control and encrypt the drive and/or folders.
as I use the .reg to take ownership..
thank you for your time and help
I have my doubts if I was on Pluto with internet it wouldn't be far enough away ... slower yes same out come yes..
