Stupid shutdown

Hi great work everybodys doing got my self a nice shutdown icon for object dock but can't link it to anywhere to shutdown been through system 32 no luck found one to log off so does anyone know where the shutdown button is located like the one at the bottom of the start menu thanks

tried typing C:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe in to the link but does not work tried with the -s after the file name but still nothing tried creating a shortcut but that does not work either

Just tried the same command C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00 from a command promt and that works fine so how do I get this command to work in object dock

its ok put the parameters in the arguements box and that worked thanks for the helpful links
