Windowblinds 4.3 Toolbar Icons not Skinning?

First and foremost, you guys are TEH AWEXOME. Just thought I'd get that out of the way to begin with 
Now then, I'm having this issue with Windowblinds where the toolbar icons just... don't... change. I've double checked my settings - that the toolbar button skinning is on, that I have a set of icons ed, and even set to force them regardless of what skin I'm using. Still nothing. I reinstalled Windowblinds, rebooted, and nothing. It had worked in one of the previous builds, but the latest update seems to have broken it.
What I'm wondering is, is there some obscure Windows setting that causes this to happen? I'm on XP Pro, with a dern-better-be-compatible Radeon 9200 for a video card.
