Why the dialog box,entitled" end of session ",which contains: turn off computer ,log off , please wait are not the seems that the suit themes?And why don't they take the seem form that the theme?

The shareware version of windowblinds doesn't allow all the parts to be skinned. Maybe this is one of them. I would definitely answer Koasati's questions to further your response as well.

Could be a number of reasons.
What OS are you using? (I assume it's XP, but tell us anyway)
Are all skins doing this, or just certain ones?
The more information you provide, the easier it will be to figure out what is wrong.
