WindowFX 4 Issue

When the taksbar is locked on windows 7 64bit. You can click and drag the taskbar around the screen. When i disable winfx4, the problem goes away. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Yes, I get that too. I find it amusing, but then I get absolutely ecstatic with dry ice...lol
I don't actually find it to be a problem, but it is a bug.
