IconPackager doesn't work well with Windows 7. My icons are always changing back to default and I've tried numerous times to get it to change specific icons without success.

I have sent detailed descriptions and screenshots of the icon-order confusing bug to support. I hope, that will be of some help.

This thread surprises me!  I run Windows 7 64-bit and the latest version of IconPackager and have never had a problem.  I change icon sets about every other day.

I'm not having any problems with IconPackager and Win 7 64 bit.

Is it possible that another piece of software or some software settings being the problem?

That would be a dumb reason in my opinion. Win7 is far and above the best OS put out in a long time.

Not on my system it isn't. Vista drags Win7 around by the nose on my system plus various, for me essential apps doesn't function on Win7.
Enough reasons for me not to take the plunge.

I guess it depends on your individual system. Vista was a total dog on my Dell and Win 7 runs rings around it, just can't get IconPackager to hold the selected icons for more than a couple of hours!
