Logon

I can't get Logon to work. I have Windows 7. When I try to change logons, it gives me an exception notice or it does nothing. Can anyone help?

Trying to install Impulse is one of the worst experiences I have had so far. I get the messages "The source installation package for the product Impulse is out ot sync with the client package. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'Impulse_setup.msi'." Then the error pops up - "Unable to uninstall old version of Impulse. Please uninstall it yourself using Control Panel Add-Remove Programs before attempting to install this product. Fatal error during installation"
Support has emailed me several times with remove this, use the SDSupport tool, etc., but that was difficult as well. I had to manually create the folder structure just to get the tool to run. Isn't there a downloadable older version of Impulse that I can install and let the new version run an uninstall on it? I just spent money on games that I want to play and I can't get at them!

which logon studio are you using/
what is the exception notice?
