IP shut down when I want to apply a package

Hi,

 

I recently format my PC and reinstall all my softwares. I never had problems before with stardock products but this time, I can only change icons with IconPackager one by one, if I try to install a package the program close immediatly.

Is there something to do ?

Nothing to do exept uninstall and reinstall ?

If you haven't done so already, please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket.

You will receive an auto-generated ticket number. In order to maintain your position in the support queue, please do not respond until you receive a reply from a support tech. Refer a link to this post in your email to support and when you receive the ticket number you could post that in a comment here.

As this is the weekend you should not expect a response until Monday at the earliest.

If any members have suggestions they will comment here.
