How do I show all IconPackager packages that are in the library?

I am a registered user of IP. All WinCustomize shows me is 20 packages. I'm a level 3 user...am I doing something wrong?

Go into Edit Account and change the Show skins with this rating or higher setting. That's all I can think of

Normally it's just what I said in post #3....not now though....site's having technical difficulty with that library

I don't mean to beat a dead horse but will all the 400+ icon packages be up again soon? For over a week, there've only been about 21 packages available on the site.
