I get this every time i try 'ox.

Please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket.  Include which version of Windows OS you are using.

Wait for a human response before sending another email as you will lose your position in the support queue if you send another email.

Yes - I have the same problem - Win7 Pro 64 bit - will raise ticket as well.
