Thanks guys, it'll be up later today. 
As of now, you can control the right dock, meters, from a remote on the left dock, or from the button on the right dock itself.

The taskbar takes a little to get use to, more like a tray.

That's true...my idea was more along the lines of "dock" so that everything would hover above the taskbar instead of being embedded IN the taskbar though. The idea for the start menu came from a slider phone....
