How to delay

I am guessing that there is no answer for this, but I will ask anyway...
I am using WB7 on winxp sp3.
When I log into my system, the first thing to pop up is windowblinds.
Unfortunately, It delays the rest of my startup while it reconfigures my look.
When it does this, some of my starup task items do not start.
I usually have to reboot a couple of times to get past the delay.
Is there anyway to set up a delay on the windowblinds app?
I would rather it be the last to load instead of the first.
