Arnel98 and Aero_Vector

Hi,
I recently found out about WinCustomize, began browsing examples of how to utilise this cool mod and discovered some amazing screenshots posted by user: Arnel98. I attach a link to some of his work as reference: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/screenshots/9736/
I would like to replicate a particular effect that this user created.. the SysStat menubar located on the right hand side.
Sadly i dont think that Arnel98 is still an active user, but could anyone advise me on how to recreate this desktop mod please?
Any help is very much appreciated.

First you'll need a program called sysmetrix, I believe that's what it is. Go to explore then scroll down to where it says view gallery list then click on sysmetrix. You'll have to go through several pages as that screenshot was posted in 2005. Hope this helps.
