.png?? How to create or edit???

Hey does anyone know how to make a .png picture or how to edit one like what program do you use for this??

Paint Shop Pro should be able to handle that. There are many others, but PSP is pretty reasonably priced.

By the way, one thread is sufficient.

I agree with CerebroJD. I haven't tried my hand at much skinning yet (just a rainlender and beatnik theme long ago...) but Macromedia Fireworks would be the way to go. You can create an object with several effects, then apply those effects to any other shape or size .png you may need. It also easily optimizes things for size as it's primary purpose is for web graphics.

You left out the best part...no exporting to portable network graphics (.png) because that is the native format of fireworks.
