are you referring to this Post here or to the dream ?
cause I don't see how they can fix the preview Image only someone like you can, a Moderator.
as for the dream not going all the way across the desktop I will have to..see if one of them will help.. as it should cause the Images I used all were 2500x2000.png's
and the Video is 1920x1080.dream.
thanks for the info ...

The Preview picture needs to be a jpg and at largest, 1920 x 1080 at less than 2mb
The preview swf should be less than 1.5 mb and I've had the best luck with them being less than 1mb.
I will be more than happy assisting with the dream itself. PM me and we can work out the details.

I downloaded the dream. The problem is your original images are 5:4 aspect ratio and you are creating a 16.9 aspect ratio dream out of them. The program you used pillar boxed the video to compensate.
I could load the images into after effects, crop the top and bottom and output a 16.9 dream and keep your image aspect ratio.
To do this you will need to zip your images into one file and upload it somewhere and PM me a link. I'll create you a mpeg and send it back to you.

@ CarGuy1
Sorry it took so long to reply I shampooed My carpets then fell asleep.
how would I change the aspect ratio of 5:4 in Photoshop to 16:9 as that is where I made it.
I did't use that program here is what I did use
Photoshop the make all the Images.png's
then used (Windows Live Movie Maker) to make them into a video .WMV
then used (mediAvatar HD Video Converter) to convert .wmv to .meg don't remember if it was 2 or 4 then converted the .meg to .swf it was at 5MB to have the video Preview and it was bigger then the .Dream.
To do this you will need to zip your images into one file and upload it somewhere and PM me a link. I'll create you a mpeg and send it back to you.
so when I make a wallpaper how do I know if it will be 16:9 aspect ratio as I thought the images being a 2500x2000 would be good but I was wrong..
that will be cool I can even E-mail them to you or put them up on my Skydrive (an MSN account) but either way I will have to split them for Skydrive it can only be 50MB each the total size is 251MBE-Mail is even smaller like 10 or 20MB
I will send you a PM when I get them up on Skydrive with a link I don't think you have to have an MSN account
thanks for your help.... oh I will be changing the preview Image soon to jpg

I just Updated my .Dream to Lucky Strike 1.1 but kept the Lucky Strike 1.0 name
to fix the loop and the preview image as to the WC moderator
but still unable to upload the .swf file for the Video Preview
I got it down to a good size 268 KB
when I try to up it the submit button just stays at (Please Wait).. I will try to do it in IE see if that helps...

oh I think I now know what you mean here.
let's see if I do
beings the images I used was 2500 x 2000 it is not 16:9
to get the Video right I need to use/make my images
1920x1080 or 1280x720 are their any others that will make an 16:9 ratio? yes I see now there is..
I have found that if you take
1080 Dived by 1920 = 0.5625
and the same for
720 Divid by 1280 = 0.5625
and if you Multiply .5625 x (1920 = 1080) change the = to an x
and the same for
.5625 x (1280 = 720)
so that got me doing this one (1600 x 900) is 16:9
.5625 x 1600 = 900
so now if I am understanding this. This is why my 2500 x 2000
did not come out right cause
.5625 x 2500 = 1406.25 and this too would not be an 16:9 ratio
so now I think even more (and it's hurting) so would all these 16:9 be true HD
1920x1080
1280x720
1600x900
2400x1350
or just
1920x1080
1280x720

I found that uploading with Google chrome works best for me. Also, when Uploading the preview video, the ONLY way I am able to get it to work is if I upload the preview video BEFORE anything else. If you do not do this, the "Submit" button will always stay at "Please Wait". If you upload the preview video and then after its fully uploaded, upload the preview image and after its fully uploaded, the "Submit" button will be clickable again. Works every time.
About the Error page you saw, I have gotten that a few times as well. Usually after a minute or two, when you go to your page, you will see that it has uploaded. So no need to try and keep reuploading.
Hope this helped.
