I'm being selfish....

Guys and gals, you are my extended family. I have a good number of friends here, I think...lol.
I am gonna have to call on you guys for help. I can't really say much, but that I am in dire need of prayer and good thoughts.
I am facing something in my life that is the worst thing I have ever faced, other than losing my wife and kids. (second wife).
So please, those who pray, pray for me, those who don't, please send good thoughts.
And if I should be here one day, then not come back, know that I will miss you and I always see you as family.
EDIT: I just want yall to know that this post is about the more people praying, the better my outlook. This isn't for pity, but for help.
Send good vibes, please.

I feel so badly for you, Redneckdude and JC! Of course my prayers are already being sent up, but just believing there is a God, isn't enough to make heaven. You've got to go through Jesus for forgiveness of all your sins, ask Him to live in your heart and tell him you believe in Him!
I don't want to get a bunch of people yapping about "how could I put something like this up" or anything else derogatory here! This is way to serious a business to belittle my words by saying you don't believe in Jesus! The Devil is real and so is God. God is much greater than the devil and my God tells my that no words spoken by Him will come back void. So, get out of the way and let Him do His job! OK?
If it's as serious as I think it is, then I'll see you both on the other side in Heaven! With all my love and faith,

I am sure your friends won't mind if you use them as a sounding board. Talking can be a release valve to stress.

Jim... who is always on the starting blocks in readiness to help others... I think has a pretty large bank of karma stacked up....

Jim, if you can't get in touch.... FIND A WAY! Get addresses, whatever. You have been an asset to this community for a while, and unless you have to sacrifice both your hands for something, there's always SNAIL MAIL!!!!!!

I sincerley hope that you have someone outside of your family that you can share whatever with. It really helps to be able to unload.

Well then, sounds like to me that it is a situation or problem that can be handled, fixed or solved. Unfortunatley most of the steps we need to take to solve our problems seem worse than the problem.
When you need the community Jim, we are here to help, just let us know what we can do.

I have an imagination wilder than Po's -- I've had this conversation with lots of people I care about--if you keep things secret from me, I'll probably imagine something much worse than what the secret is. When I'm suppose to meet up with friends, and they're even just 5 minutes late, my mind always has them either hooked up to monitoring lines in the ICU in a coma, or locked up in jail. I don't know why I can never wrap my head around the fact that maybe they just blew me off because I'm annoying.
