[1] "question: I usually don't see those that have joined to be quick to join, am I missing something?"
[1] "wish there was a way to look around the site without having to join. all I'm seeing is a bunch of ads, not to appealing."
To: gmc2 - "Welcome to Creativx.net - your first [1] question has me completely lost and i apologize - based on your phrasing, i must be missing something - if your able to rephrase to clarify your question, i'll try my best to respond with the most appropriate reply - now question number [2] i'm not the CEO-founder - but, i imagine it has to do with the owner in his ability to manage the site due to the expense - Creativx.net doesn't require member to pay for products and services - therefore, in order to make the service available to it's members, he has to follow a business model that offers him the ability in keeping the site up and running via those ads that your referring to - Creativx is not like any other site as per is the case with Stardock-Wincustomize and it certainly isn't anything like join those social networks where your contiually frustrated by strange activities = we won't name who they are - but, they seem to be growing due to the needs of many member worldwide - atleast, with Creativx, once you register, you'll immediately see that your going to have an amazing, exciting experience - is alway's a good practice to keep options open and to see the good in the world verses the bad - in any case, i know your work too ... haha ... and as a W.C. designer, your one of my favorites - i was pondering through many of the themes recently and was very glad that most of the finest W.C designer are still hanging in there - becuase, there was only a handful of designers i wasn't familiar with - but, everyone else no problem - well, enough said on my behalf - i can only encourage you to peruse through the many formums and pick and choose what appeals to you - i promise you definately won't be bored - there's plenty there for sure and even a media video library for your ease and pleasure - it's amazing and i don't even own any shares ... haha - i wish you best of luck - your a designer, you'll do very well at Creativx.net - enjoy, and god bless my friend !!"

ps: "sorry for the delay - was messaging the moderator about Boxxi's very strange issue - but, i'm confident will be resolve so, he will keep his username that we all are familiar with ... haha .'
I only remarked about that because the WB I see on your site (forums) was 7.01, and things have progressed significantly since then. Therefore, (I always advise folks to update their software - of all types) I made the comment about 7.2 being available as Trialware for 30 days, and is available for purchase.

DrJBHL - "ahh, ok, i see what your saying - i own many Stardock-Wincustomize products - so, with the assistance of "pulse" i'm fairly confident my applications verisons are up to date - now the windowblinds 7 version on the forum, i'll message Pierre and i'm confident he willupdate accordingly - if you please provide a link for the beta version if that's what you would like to see posted - then, a specific link would be helpful so as that we could all be on the same page - many thank's my friend."

"I just became a member. Thank you for the invite."
To: DaveBax - Welcome to Creativx.net family - it's an honor to have you join - creative, innovative, imaginative, and serious designers that in addition have passion in the building of new windowblinds themes should find the many resources at Creativx.net to be a great pleasure and make great friends along the way in the process - your a new designer for me even though i know your name verses many of the other designers that have been around a quite longer time and well seasoned - none the less a great pleasure and honor to meet you - i wish you the very best experience at Creativx.net and fun too - best of luck, and god bless my friend."

quaz,
the first part really would need a reply from Jafo, Seth, Tim, Harley and the others that so eagerly joined without really being able to see what the site was all about. I'm generally more suspicious than others might be and do not create accounts unless absolutely necessary.
the second part: you're inviting us to become accounts to your site and upload our work but not offering us the ability to really see the site without first making an account. (ref: the first part) PM me a guest login and password so I can take a look and if I like what I see, I'll join. I'll even promise not to download anything with the guest account.
and please, don't bless me.

DrJBHL - "much thank's my good doctor - i really appreciate your empathy - unfortunately, i get the severe types of migraines - i've been battling with them since i was in my 30s and i'm way beyond that now at my age - in any case, i've very much enjoyed the opportunity to speak to you and all members on a one to one level - it's been wonderful and fun - thank's for going the extra mile for me with the info, i will message Pierre so he can make the neceassary changes - eveyone today has been a pleasure to message with except for "gmc2" - in all my years here at Wincustomize, i've never had an issue with anyone - i had magnificent parents and they educated me to respect all people of the world and unfortunately, i can not assist someone that for what ever reasons lives his life with a chip on his shoulders - oddly he's another designer, i've alway's admired his works - go figure - well, i will not be loosing any sleep on this one ... haha - it would more favorable that you advise him accordingly - because, i will not try to assist someone who seems to enjoy insulting others and disrespecting others too - this sort of behavior is most unfortunate - sorry for having to share this report with you and for bringing this to your attention - is a very strange occurence - this kind of behavior is unexceptable - i don't have time for this kind of childish foolishness - take care my friend and have a great day !!"
re: gmc2 - "this is the tone he exhibits to a fellow W.C. member - what wrong with this picture ??"

Guess you take exception to my questions and comments and choose to respond in an arrogant and pompous manner, so be it. I went back through my responses and found them to meet the TOS and in no way were defamatory. Calling me an ass and acting so self righteous about this is absurd. You're the one that came to this site asking us to join your site and upload our work. All I asked of you was the opportunity to review your site without having to create an account.
I do appreciate that you appreciate my blinds even if it came off as a backhanded compliment.

I just wish some if not all the themes I've seen could be used with WindowBlinds... 99.9% of the theses their are kick Ass...
I used MSStyles years ago and just did not like the hacking of system files or it replacing them...

Any skinning site that 'old' skinners are made aware of are typically joined promptly if nothing else than to 'protect' established Nicks/Identities.
EG, I am 'Jafo" everywhere on the net [except 'the-Jafo' at Deviantart - a gamer beat me to it there. The 'the' sounds pretentious but it's an attempt to have skinners/our community aware that it's me.]...![]()
