Anyone know how to convert my 48x48 icons to 48x48 gif's with transparent backgrounds? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

with icon developer or microangelo you can convert the icos to pngs. Then with another graphic program like photoshop, gimp, paint shop, that supports pngs you can convert the png to gif. Be warned that it won't look as good as the original icon.

You might be able to make a straight conversion from ico to gif using icondeveloper or microangelo.

And bear in mind that if You plan to use those gifs from icons on a website You need to ask for permission from the icon author.
