No background?

I install the skin I wanted from the downloads section and when I loaded up the skin, everything went well except for the fact that the background did not change into the one seen on the screenshot. What's happening?

The author does not always distribute the wallpaper with the skin. If he does then you either don't have windowblinds set to use them or he didn't set the skin to use it. If this is the case look in that windowblinds folder and you should be able to find it.

nothing wrong is happening....the author may not haveincluded the wallpaper in the screenshot or it might be a jpg file located in the skin's folder that you have to manually load up. Check the comments section of the skin....
