How can I create moving text on desktop?

I'm a new user. I have multiple sentences in notepad file. How can I bring these sentences to create a single line moving text on desktop?

Are there any object like this on internet? please suggest me.      thanks.

It could be easily made in DesktopX. It can be made to scroll within a stationary object, or an object that floats around. It can be made to Be stationary in or on a moving object, It could even be made to move about and bounce off the screen edges.  With DesktopX, there are many choices.

 

So....define moving please....

thanks for ur suggestion.  But pls. give me more detail. such as >>>> where can read about how to make an object  and make it scroll ....

i know a liitle bit about computer. So plaese don't bore my silly question.
