no previews

G'Day everyone,
i am having a small problem with the Stardock Web sites, when ever I go to any of the sites I don't get any of the preview pictures, some times I do but only at night time Brisbane Australia, is it the sites are overloaded or some other problem, I use Firefox as a browser and have tried all the usual fixes it is only with Stardock sites I have this problem, so this is very limiting on what I can do with the products i have paid for. thanks.

I'd consider whether you're using any browser extensions like AdBlock Plus or NoScripts. These might be blocking what you'd like to see. If you could remember what you might have installed around the time this problem cropped up, might help.
If you could try to put WinCustomize in the "Exceptions" for any security extensions, might help also.

What browser are you using? There have been instances where the new Firefox 4 or Opera update were having difficulty displaying web pages correctly. IE9 also is having similar problems.
