I see you've found some help.
You really didn't need to start a new thread in the Help section, as you question falls under the skinning category I would think.
Anyway, I want to suggest another option to you. Actually it's the same one as kongit's, but I would start the image on a transparent background, and use anti-aliasing, and save as png. Import that and set it use the Tranlucency Switch. You'll have a little more freedom with what you can do with the image that way.

| #4 by Ingui - 2/17/2004 11:33:42 AM In PSP7, on the toolbar go to Colors > Increase color depth > 16 million colors. That will give you the pallette you need to use gradients. The default images for those particular buttons your working on are .tga files. Check out the other thread in this section "I need help with .TGAs" (Skinning section) for an explanation of how to set up SS to simplify your life when working with .tga files. Particularly, replies #2, #4, #7 and #10. Hope I got all that right and good luck NightTrain |
I'm moving this comment here, and closing the other duplicate thread before things get too confused.
