Windows sliding under bar placed on top of screen.......

| right click on the bar and in properties choose for it to be always on top. it should reset the desktop margins so it doesn't overlap the window or viceversa |
I have the same problem. I have that item checked, yet it will still lose windows under the bar particularly OE on the occasions when I am forced to use it, but other apps as well when maximizing a window, f'rinstance.
I can only recover it by going to the properties, ing Auto-Hide and OK, and then going back to properties and reing Always On Top. Very annoying.
