Windows sliding under bar placed on top of screen.......

I hope there is a solution for this irritating issue.... I use the Ciela WB skin on top of my screen but all the time windows keep sliding under the program bar. That way I have to hide the bar otherwise the window bar is not accessable any more. Is there a solution for this?
Using latest WB and XP Home SP1.

Ok, thanks, that seems to be solving the problem of windows suddenly popping up under the taskbar. But I really would like a tool that actually completely closes of this area for windows. So that you cannot slide the top of a window under it I mean........

I have the same problem. I have that item checked, yet it will still lose windows under the bar particularly OE on the occasions when I am forced to use it, but other apps as well when maximizing a window, f'rinstance.
I can only recover it by going to the properties, ing Auto-Hide and OK, and then going back to properties and reing Always On Top. Very annoying.

| right click on the bar and in properties choose for it to be always on top. it should reset the desktop margins so it doesn't overlap the window or viceversa |
