A skin I've been working on quite a while now, the min\max\close buttons hopefully I will be able to do like the Shutdown button in this start menu Mockup. (took me a while to get that effect exactly how I wanted it) 
Anyway, I will post more progress soon, I'm finally back in the swing of things after a bit of downtime.

Very nice context menu, I like those left and right black lines on mouse over selection, nice new idea

im amazed by those shutdown,navigation, close, max, and minimize buttons.
Of course also by the rest, but mainly about the buttons 
Im sure this one will be worth the wait.

Indeed...
And to make it worse *ducks* will the light version actually include lighter background colors on the windows, not just the window background (like in explorer)? I hope you know what I mean.

Was gonna take a screenshot but I have a better explanation now.
"lighter background colors on the windows" = menu bars, status bar, nav pane, if I was still using XP the background on say the desktop properties dialog (I can't think of an equivalent window on 7).
