Logon Studio Issue

Can logonstudio be run under Windows 2000? I installed it but when I try to run it it gives me runtime error 53 File Not Found..
Is this becuase I am not running XP?

Ok.. I have never used XP so I wasn't sure what I was looking for.. Didn't know if it was for the network logon or not..
Is there anything for the network logon screen?
