Help on DT2 objects

Ok I,ve read all the manuals and searched everywere, it says that it's important to give your object and object ID, but no were does it explain how to give an object an object id. I looked everywere in desktopx and all the manual and still nothing. please help thanks

NP, right click on your object, go to the summary tab and at the bottom you'll see Origin. Click on Object Id and type your ID and hit apply. You can also group objects, establish parent/child relationships between objects also:)
