Window / Windowblinds Error

When I have maximized the windows things looks like this :

I have adjusted the monitor setting, so that is ok, still is top and left of the window missing.
You can see the blue background far left, so why is not the skin skinned or missed.

Its like this on all skins, not only the Avenger.

I have tried to unload windowblinds with no luck..
I have still to try to uninstall the OB/Windowblinds...

It does that to me every once and a while. It always fixes when I reload the skin or changes skins though.

Downloaded the lastest Windowblinds update

It happens to me only when I reload a skin... I just restore it an the maximize again.
