Need help with black rectangle

Hello-
I'm using a skin that has a black rectangle in place of where the restore and close buttons should be. I can see the minimize button but not the other two. Any ideas on how to fix this? Click on my name to see pic.

There is also glitch in one of the latest windowblind releases causing random disappearing buttons.Try a different release or wait for the next one.That will most likely be fixed.
