These are some solutions to common errors that you might be experiencing, and these might help you before having to contact support about your issue. Otherwise you can get support from https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4 or via [email protected].
Accounts and Impulse
Impulse is our digital delivery system and is the preferred (and sometimes required) way to get software/games and their updates. If you don’t already have a Stardock.net/Impulse account you can create one here. Impulse is a free download from www.impulsedriven.com.
The Impulse How-to guide can get your started with the basics of using Impulse.
Multiple accounts, Paypal, and registrations.
If you purchase an app or game with Paypal the e-mail used needs to be the same as your Stardock/Impulse account. If you have multiple accounts you can easily merge them here https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/.
Need to update your e-mail address, or other account info?
You can manage most of your account details at https://www.stardock.com/accounts/manage.
Need your registration info, links, etc.?
Enter your e-mail at https://www.stardock.com/support/ and your registrations and other info will be e-mailed to you.

I entered my email and got links for sins of a solar empire but not for several other games that i had bought from impulse many years ago. Notably Acadamagia, and dragon age one and two.
