i have already downloaded the program but i do not know where to start and how to do it can someone help me out please....

To get the best out of the software, I would suggest that you start with WinXP. Do you have it? Then, I would refer to #1, because assuming can really make a a(two more letters in the word) of people and it can waste a lot of time.
