I am Confused about subscription

I have a little over a week until my deskscapes demo expires. I Plan on purchasing the full version after it does expire but I am not sure about the "perks" that come with it. What I mean is If I purchase deskscapes, will I be able to download packages from this site again? I have reached my download limit over a year ago. I had got the demo last year, and just before it expired, my computer crashed. (nothing to do with deskscapes). So recently I have decided to give Wincustomize another look on my new computer but I can no longer download Dreams since I have reached my download limit. I am confused by the wording in the Purchase Deskscapes page. I am under the impression that when I purchase Deskscapes, I will be upgraded to level 4 and have unlimited downloads as long as I remain a customer. Is that for a year? A month? Or do I still have to pay for a subscription in order to download again?
I apologize if its been covered. I tried searching but the search box isnt working.

If you purchase DeskScapes you get 1 year of unlimited downloads, but it is not a WC subscription. You will still see ads and other limitations though.

A purchase from Stardock allows you to download from WinCustomize for 1 year.
