desktopx plugins help

help with desktopx why wont my plugins dxplayer and sdvolume control work they keep telling me that they are not compatible but i dont see any upgrade anywhere
any help would be greatly appreciated

some objects use plugins that are not compatible with the newer desktopx releases. Unless you have the newer plugins and know how to change the settings and rework the objects a little bit you will have to wait for the creator of the object (or someone else with permission) to upload a corrected object. The newer plugins can be easily downloaded via newer objects of the same type. If you install and put the object on the screen the plugin will automatically install.

Did anyone ever hear of backward compatibility?

I'da chosen a smiley, but there wasn't one with a noose tied round the neck...
