what type of toolbar is that?

in duopixel's latest upload Schwarz II suite,there is a toolbar at the top of the screenshot... i see this type quite often...what is it?

You can get the toolbar by right-clicking over the taskbar and choosing: Toolbar > New Toolbar. Then you have to create a folder for the toolbar. You can drag and drop icons over it. Hope that helps. This help was provided by - DuoPixels and delivered by ME.
