The first theme I ever wanted to do was a green LCD theme, well, never got around to it.
There's been a few made ever since, haven't really satisfied my taste.
I thought finally it was time for me to knock one out.
I'll post the usual progress...

I was checking out this thread while using the Venom skin by the talented vstyler. In another window I just happened to have a web page opened showing the AFC South standings where, naturally, the awesome Jax Jags are leading the swayed back Indy Colts. As I admired the greatness of the Concept LCD pic I completely forgot about the other window (the NFL standings where the Jags are leading the Colts) UNTIL I clicked the LCD pic for a zoomed image.
Somehow the combined awesomeness of the two vstyler skins (Venom and LCD) on the same screen interacted with the NFL window and magically brought to life a jaguar and a colt. The physical embodiment of the two NFL teams. The colt just had a blank look on his face. The jag, upon seeing the colt, simply smiled.
The colt looked at the jag and said: Duh. Whatcha doin?
The jag, still smiling, said: About to have lunch.
The colt then asked: Really? Whatcha gonna have?
The jag, still smiling and moving closer to the colt, answered: Oh, I think it'll be a BIIIGGGG surprise.
Then as the jag used one of his claws to pick colt hair from his teeth he glanced at my computer screen and said: Hey! Awesome skins! Must be by that extremely talented vstyler dude.

Boy oh boy ........ pass the lemons please. Ewwwww!
I can rank the Colts so low they'll be playing handball up against the curb. Hows that? 
Or maybe this ... vStyler is so good he can skin with one mouse tied behind his back, with his eyes closed, sitting down, in a rocking chair, listening to Julie Andrews. That's enough. Any more and he'll come to Pa and make me go squish.

the title of Skinner Extraordinaire does in no way do you justice...... your talents know no bounds....
your dashing and debonair countenance leaves females fainting in your wake as you stride magnificently with purpose and confidence down public pathways.... left littered with swooning women, dazed and dizzy after their encounter with perfection personified...
Errol Flynn's star on the Hollywood walkway.....
has just been replaced with John Gordon.... and skinned with an even brighter star with a drop shadow and not too much bevelling.... 
oh wait...
I get it anyway.... scrub that..
