Subscription Drive

I ordered the OD-CD last week (not received yet) still using the shareware version. I want to help with Sub Drive, so my ? is since I ordered OD does that make me a subscriber or do I still need to subscribe WC? Thanx...

OD and WC are not the same. When you get the OD cd (and it doesn't take that long) and install you're in as an OD subscriber . The WC is the WC Browser and you can purchase that at any time. Here is the https://www.wincustomize.com/store/ so you can read up on it. Buying that makes you a Level 4 WC subscriber. You don't need it with OD, but it's a hell of a bargain at $24 for two years and it helps this site. Your choice.

OK, one other thing, should I wait until my OD arrives and is installed before I subscribe or can I go ahead and subscribe now?

You can do the WC thing now. When you get your CD and install go into 'Edit Account' and cross reference everything. You then will be set.

OOPS! one more thing, I read in another board that I should delete all my shareware b4 loadind OD, will this be a problem when cross referencing WC?

Right now with installing WC that should not be a problem, however when you get your CD un-install all your 'Shareware' proggies (not WC)
