Why does DesktopX use so much CPU?

The screenshot you are looking at has changed since I posted that this morning.

Now, I forgot to mention, I added two DXinternet meters also. And I justed deleted them and now the CPU Usaged dropped to 1 - 5 % Now I'm happy. Any ideas as why the two meters where using up cpu?

...some meters have a pre-set that they refresh the reading...every 2 seconds or every 5 seconds, etc. You might be able to increase that setting so it doesn't eat up your CPU clocks. Internet readings are tuff 'cause the time frame is usually short and it's constant. If you can get it down to around 15%, that's about the best you're going to do with them...
