Thanks DrJBHL. Checked these out some time ago. Online tutorials are very good if you have the time which unfortunately I don't but for those who do, like you, I highly recommend going for it. Better than these I haven't found and I've checked out a lot of 'em. If you want to learn photoshop this is the way to go. I sound like a commercial, don't I.

Doc this would be wonderful except you need to put in all the business information and I'm retired.

It doesn't seem to matter what 'business info' you put in.  Just add something and you will still get the free tutorials as long as you have a valid email.

Ummm.... perhaps there's some business you do from home? {monkey business counts too, you know}

This says nothing about downloading... or maybe I'm not understanding you. I think you would need additional software to convert and save (depending on the file type) any video tutorial.

I didn't 'save' tutorials...

I am able to "download" and watch the vid from a link. But not save it to my PC. I was able to save the intro to my PC using Video Get. But when I changed to the next chapter, it gives the same url as the intro, so all I can actually get saved to my PC is the intro.

So, Doc, please enlighten me.    

I have links to all the chapters, but can't actuall "download" a copy onto my hard drive as a video. Only as a link to the video.

In my email they sent it said (to download your free video tutorials  Click here)  But it just takes you to a page to view the videos..  and the link expires after a few clicks.  Just another way to get your personal information from you and get you to sign up for a bunch of crap from their partners. and then not deliver what they promised.

Right...but "download" to them and you means two different things:

To them: You 'download' a temp to view and it's gone. The intro is a different format/file type, I bet.

To you: I downloaded it and saved it as a file I can view whenever.

Guess who's right.

Doc, I was able to download, and convert to avi format, the first chapter, which is what I call the intro, but subsequent chapters won't download with video get because video get requires a url. If you guys will notice, when you click "next chapter" button, the url remains unchanged, which is why we can't "download" and convert the other chapters. Adobe/Lynda knows what they're doing.

No problem just using the links and watching online.    

And Doc is correct, the term download has various meanings.
