Open SDC's Help menu, select Online Support and then click Frquently Asked Questions. A website appears. Select Stardock Central from the combo box. You may find your problem listed there.
If not then try tech support:
Open SDC's Help menu, select Online Support and then click Submit Problem. A website appears with a form. Read what info you should supply. Enter that and your problem and submit.
I hope this helps.

One more thought...if you have a 'Cookie Killer' running, kill it while you do this.

The Atlanta server is down for the count. U have to use the other option. u must do a internet cache and cookie clean up. Reboot ur machine. Go to sdc central (update) reboot machine then your downloads will work right.Reply #16 Friday, December 12, 2003 12:13 PM
