problem to install the program
can't install iconpacjkager

hi' yesterday i but iconpackager 5 , an i tried to install it with impulse but the program stock on ( preparation for the installation) so i can't active my program, i tried to install iconpackager from the web site , the program was installed but i can't active it or update it with impulse the program is always stocking on the same place so i don't know what to do, maybe somebody will be able to help me, i wrote stardock to inform them my problem but no reply since yesterday.
