how do I in SKS?

The below graphic is the graphic I would like to use for the maximum PP frame. the top part is what I'm getting. there is a 2 pixel space between the menubar and the maxed frame. I have used a 10 pixel mask above and with no mask and get the same result.
how do I get both the top and bottom borders into the presentation?

win7 64bit, looks like I need to try some color blocks to establish the limits of what is shown. I had set my caption height to match the graphic but it bollocked everything, it was entertaining trying to reset the height lower by braille.
If I can figure it out, or if someone has something diffinitive, I put it into the wiki.

What shows on a maxxed window will be 4 pixels shorter than your NON perpixel window top frame setting/graphic.
The image you use needs to be as tall as the perpixel one so just put some empty space above the bottom parts that actually show.
Been awhile,hope thats correct...works here anyways.

Never thought about the possibility of different size caption heights being used. That could definately lead to some weirdness...

yah,for some reason the height of the maxxed perpixel is tied to the height(minus 4 pixels) of the non perpixel frame top. (but still needs the extra pixels above so it dosnt ride high)

Gotta watch that spacing on vertical stacks too. Was working on one this morning that was spaced one pixel off between images (glass borders) and had some offset issues myself. Pretty much knew what it was (or should be) but it took seven different re-measures before that eureka moment. "Shoulda had a V-8"....

thanks for both of your help, now I have a direction to head towards. and the 26 height was what the non-pp frame height was, I'll do the non-pp frames now and then take another look at the max frame.

This really should be a lot easier than it is. When I read all this all I'm left with is feeling defeated before even trying.

Which OS?
Make sure your margins are set correctly, under Caption ensure the OS Caption Height matches the image height and if necessary, adjust your Border padding. You can play around with stretch vs. tile settings too...sometimes that makes a big difference and even text margin settings. If all else fails, trim your image to make it fit correctly. Usually the problem is at the top of the window in max mode...it's a little quirky chopping off the borders and such anyway.
