Sysmetrix - Retrieving weather data trouble

Since about 2 weeks or so i think, it's impossible to get the weather datas in SysMetrix: any metar code brings a "parsing error"
I've send an email to Xymantix but for now didn't get back any answer.
The datas are coming from http://weather.noaa.gov/ and i tried to look at their website searching for any info to help, but as my english isn't efficient enough, didn't find anything ...
Anyone (maybe coders ??) to help ?

Seems no one is getting weather data ... again. What was the problem the first time? Could this be a repeat?

Its kinda weird. I went looking for the contact us button. Found a reference to disrupted satellite data then this. I forgot to get the link ... dummy.
