The My Colors theme looks good HG. The dock though looks out of place. Is it part of the theme? Otherwise nice.

It looks like you have about a 1 pixel border of white around the football. If I were you, I would darken that up a tad, maybe with a dark inner glow, so that it blends a little smoother into the top of the start menu. Otherwise, lookin' good!

The word "Patriots" on the tiltel bar makes it hard to read. Some people don't use it much but I do and it matters.

Yup I know about the border and the titlebar, 
the title bar fonts is shown in "inactive state" and thus grayed out, the active state has a black border with a bolder white font which is easier to read 
,Thanks tho. I realize there's lots of stuff yet to do, just thought Id share the progress.

Ok Heres the next Phase, Football cleaned up, titlebar added colored background to ext area as even with the font colors set up it still was a bit messy, added a different start button as the other was distorted.

Looks very Patriotic, HG!
The blue color in the taskbar tray seems a bit out of place. Maybe use the same blue as the titlebars?

HG...I'd settle on one glyph on the right panel of the start menu....and replace the football with a pizza.

Ah a Pats fan, excellent, been a season ticket holder for 16 years now, saw my first game in 1966 in Fenway Park when they were the Boston Patriots

Looks really good!
I wish she loved LCARS ...
