ObjectBar icon in taskbar.

Wednesday, October 22, 2003 by Rickbert | Discussion: Stardock Software

I updated ObjectBar yesterday and now its icon appears in the taskbar whenever its running. I see an option for removing the icon from the system tray but nothing for removing the icon from the taskbar. Any ideas?

Bump. I'm having this same problem, Richard. I'm using Xero's Panther OB on Win XP. When I boot up my computer, it shows up in the taskbar. However, if I unload OB, then reload, it drops off the taskbar Any ideas?

I'm using that same theme. I'll try a different theme, or maybe I'll put ObjectBar in my startup folder instead of using the built in "Run at startup" option. Thanks for the info.

The only way I have found to rid myself of this unwanted Icon iz to tell the bar to "always be on top".The Icon finally goz away.

The "Always on top" setting did the trick. Thanks.
