WebBlinds Throbber

I have made an object and animated it for my IE. I have done a search on all the boards and can not find info on how to convert it and were to save it to make it my IE throbber? Can any one help?

I know about those programs but I was wondering if one of the programs I have thru Stardock does it? I have Object Desktop subscription, and WinCustomize subscription, and I want to be able to access it thru WebBlinds.
